Off market properties
If you’re not registered with us then you may never be aware that you’re dream home is up for sale. Many clients prefer not to place their property on the open market but prefer to adopt an off market campaign where registered buyers are made aware of any properties matching their criteria that are coming to market long before they do and often private transactions take place with only first registered buyer and seller being involved.
Buyer search
If we don’t at any given time have a property for sale that suits your need we will work with you to identify a selection of areas, streets, houses etc that you might prefer or even help with negotiations with any properties that are for sale with another agent.
